Better work ethics. Most just come in to collect a check.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most days are good days were we can feel like we accomplished a good day after all routes a ran.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to their workers. Most starting supervisors are brought in through a college hire program. I like that they help them out but they come in not knowing anything about the industry and start making dumb descision and disregarding their employees.
