The demand is too stressful for the compensation the company pays.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We work very hard to build strong relationships to with our customers but then the company decides to alter our orders for the company’s benefit.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My district leader is great. He’s a hands on leader and is always willing to help us. He is easy to talk to and a understanding person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a commission paid employee my income depends on others doing their job. Some drivers and merchandisers do not care to do a good job simply because they are paid hourly and whether they do a good job or not they are still guaranteed an hourly rate.
