Just working with other vendors and seeing customers in a good mood makes a happy day for me!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe if you bring in a college hire at work they should work in the field they are managing. My boss don’t get what we feel or understand any of what we really do!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to tell the managers how they actually feel, because complaining about it to me don’t help the matter at hand. They ask us is there anything anyone has a problem with no one says anything and nothing changes so they need to speak up!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They stay competitive with other companies. They are highest paying vendor in my area. They offer yearly raises and pay raises on the years served. They always have great benefits and employee appreciation week for us . They are by far the best company I’ve worked for!!
