What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers have bad attitude's and don't want to work, so they show down the whole night for everyone else
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The overall morale of our warehouse is low. There's no music! We have to work in silence, we get in trouble if we talk. No one wants to be there.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
All of the leadership team needs to be working together, sticking to the same rules. The rules change constantly and often feel like they're made up on the go. The overall morale of the Warehouse is bad.
