They are quick to point out any mistake no matter how miniscule but NEVER offer a word of positivity when you do something helpful or beneficial.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
PepsiCo treats their employees as disposable and are not afraid to let them know that. They base their work week on 47 hours a week so their talk of family values and home time is nothing more than lies.
