What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Poor leadership. No coaching and development for front line staff. You have to be ‘liked’ in order to make it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extremely underpaid for the hours worked. They give salespeople no breakdown of commissions so you know really know what you’re making. They won’t give it to you even if you ask for it.
