What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very supportive of diversity, sustainability, patriotism. PepsiCo started Rolling Remembrance to honor children of fall patriots. A wonderful program.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus is not a regular occurrence. We were given a bonus this year as part of a tax cut the company realized. My annual salary is competitive and fair.
