What is the best part about your compensation package?
I elected NOT to participate, but from what I have seen they are on par if not better than most companies offer. I did not select them because I already have medical insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no such thing as alone... everyone is a team and if there is a problem that you cannot solve, you're free to ask ANY of your team which includes Management and above. There is an "open door" mentality here at Percepta. It is very welcoming!
