My overall experience has been very positive. After some time, learning in a role, I was able to be promoted to what I am really good at. I believe that contributing as a team member, towards common goals is good for the company and good for my well being as well.

I really like the work that I do. And, when I hit my numbers I feel very satisfied and happy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Since I come from a background in sales, it is nice to have a steady paycheck to count on instead of commission.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are responsive and all want to do a good job. They are all continuously learning and improving. They are also very supportive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am able to think. be creative and figure out situations. I have the space to problem-solve and be a top team contributor depending on my efforts and knowledge. My manager is trustworthy and approachable, providing the answers I need to succeed demonstrating a culture of service.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager knows my strengths and weaknesses and accepts me as a whole person. She lets me shine with my strengths and helps me with my weaknesses. She helps me succeed on every level and is available for me always. Above her my work is recognized, however, I hope they too get to know me better.
