Kind, caring and generous group of people, who will do anything they can to support their peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
People come first. There is a real sense of family. I am encouraged to have work life balance and fully supported to take time off, no questions asked!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is very low for the work that I do. I stay for the people, but I don't see myself here in the next 2-3 years unless my pay is increased.
