The people at Percepta are enjoyable to work with and are really passionate about their roles and striving to succeed. It is such a diverse company with people from differing skillsets and backgrounds which has allowed the business to grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Percepta has allowed me to progress in different roles and I am very grateful for that. However throughout my growth I feel the compensation provided is not comparable to like for like roles at other companies in the Australia market and needs to strive to match these offerings and incentives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are what make Percepta an enjoyable workplace and reason I've been with the business for many years. No matter what support you need, the people are always willing to spare some of their time to help you and leadership will always back you in supporting you and hearing your feedback.
