Helpfulness and willingness to pass on the experience to newer team members.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I enjoy working from home, I believe it takes a lot of pressure off. I also enjoy the helpfulness of fellow employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Dealing with Customers, and at times being abused makes you feel down and it affects the enjoy ability of the job. I do understand that not all Customers are easy to please, but the abuse sometimes can be to much.
