Having worked for the company for as long as i have, i have seen quite a number of changes which has been exciting however the salary we are paid for the various roles we are employed to do does not reflect the work that is done. I love working for the company and am proud to work for Percepta.

Have a very engaging team that loves to communicate and interact with each other both on a work related level or a social level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes, i do feel undervalued given the experience & knowledge I have. I feel I am not paid what i am worth for what i do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team are always being transparent with where the business is currently sitting and what the future holds for us as a collective. We have always been considered a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is a difficult question to answer considering we are working from home however the ease to communicate with each other, the light hearted but professional monthly WIN Days we have as well as the weekly meetings which are always set in a comfortable environment.
