Overall, I have had a great experience working for Percepta. Their onboarding process was pretty extensive, which really helped me learn more about the company. It has been a positive, challenging working environment.

The pay, and 401K match. I do think the health benefits could be better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with multiple people and learned about each area. It seemed like the interviewers were really engaged and interested in my background and really who I was as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
A number of people in our Leadership team have started in call centers, so they are well rounded when it comes to truly understanding the business. They also seem supportive and engaged.
