Everyone is about teamwork and being positive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Observed paid holidays, paid time off, performance reviews that include raises, discounts with cell service and others. Gym membership at reduced rate. (My favorite one)
What did you like most about the interview process?
You can ask all the questions you want. Everyone is really enthusiastic. You can even sit in on a position you are interested in to see if it's for you.
What makes you most happy at work?
Teaching. I am very fortunate I get the opportunity to teach clients how to do different things in their vehicle. Walking them through, step by step, allows the client to really feel empowered. Some of the clients that aren't tech savvy get really excited to do new things with their vehicles
