Great atmosphere, great leadership. Understands how to keep morale from falling off. The benefits package is OK, not great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's not bad here compared to other US companies. It's pretty average for benefits and pay. The problem is that the US has overall terrible benefits and exploitative practices, so we fall far behind many European nations, places with strong unions, etc.
