The pay, the benefits aren't too outrageously priced either.

I love the diversity within our team, I love how we're able to de-stress with each other and go over topics that were troubling throughout the week.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and my team mainly, but on the chances where I know I'm able to overturn a customer's bad experience into a good one is very encouraging as well.
