Being able to assist agents in accomplishing their goals. Meeting my goals and seeing everyone progress.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Reasonable expectations. If you have difficulty accomplishing a task someone is available to coach, you on what worked for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team actively seeks to determine what agent needs are and meet those needs. The executive team seems to put effort into retaining great talent and cultivating that talent.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We actually work as a team. We do not leave one person hung out to dry. If you know it teach it, share it, If you don't know it. Learn it, do it, then teach it. You can't teach what you don't know and you can't get stronger without putting in the work. If everyone is strong the work is easier.
