Percepta is a global company, but they are so good at people management that it makes it look like it is a local Australian operator. I generally hate working for big global companies. But Percepta is very different. A great place to work!

Dealing with new challenges and having to work from home on Friday's.

I have recently been promoted, but do not have clarity around salary
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of things. They managers, colleagues and cross dept banter is also very good
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example, are receptive to criticism and open to learning/adapting with new/different working conditions/requirement. They understand the pressure we (employees) are under in terms of 'work being done vs customer expectation vs long-term Medalia feedback scores etc.
