What do you like best about the leadership team?

My direct manager is great!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

there are different rules for different people. Processes are unclear and not effectively communicated to the team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have applied for at least 4 positions in the 4 1/2 years that I am with the company and have always asked for feedback and have NEVER received a response nor feedback. I applied for a position that extremely interests me, and TA does NOT respond to emails requesting update. Very frustrated.
