end of day and knowing I am good at my job
What are some of the best things about your team?
we do try to help each other, and TL is excellent in thanking me for my contribution to the company, he also is good at calming me down when I get frazzled
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have received several raises , but am still paid under $20.00 per hour with 8 years in , good QA, and I help mentoring my teammates. Was mentoring newbies but was relieved of that with no explanation given to me-why i feel undervalued also.
