I have not been here very long, but I have worked in 2 departments since I arrived. I was not happy in PV due to the inability to actually make a difference for customers but when I came to BEV, I felt empowered and gained experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a supportive company that shows their appreciation for us.

They were very receptive to my feedback and knowledge about my roles.

Togetherness and supportive, Leadership does a good job of ironing out processes that can be improved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in BEV and I feel the work we do in BEV requires more compensation, due to the technicality of the calls we receive.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the challenges my job welcomes. It can get bored but every once in a while, there is something new that pops up and changes the pace.
