What I like the most is the position I have which is in the backoffice, without it I wouldnt be here. I like how supervisors and managers treat the agents. What I dont like is that other companies with the same position offer the same benefits plus but a higher salary

That has an answer for every question and when not he looks for additional help or directs you to the right person

To thing that Im going to do something good for the campaign im working for which help customers at the same time and as in return I get paid
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The only thing is that I compare the paycheck according to this job position to other companies and the other companies seem to compensate a bit more their employees
