Perceptive is a great company minus a few odds and ends but nothing major that cannot be fixed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel there needs to be more partnership rather than a divide
What makes you most happy at work?
Assisting and providing support to the customers. My supervisor is enlightening and helps make the experience better
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There could be less chattering and less messy conversations. I feel the center has clicks which causes a divide and misunderstanding. Everyone is worried about the next instead of making sure their ducks are in a row
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the fact that everyone has the same mission and want to accomplish the same goals. The Leadership teams also provides support and understanding knowing that life will be life. I appreciate all that leadership provides and support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the workload is a little bit heavy and deserves more pay. There are positions that have less tasks with more pay. The position can be a bit challenging and i feel that if the pay were a little better it would show the employees how much they are valued and appreciated vs feeling unvalued.
