What are some of the best things about your team?
We help one another! We are serious about helping our customers! Our team is AWESOME! We are mostly remote, so we sometimes feel left out when they do things in the office. We find ways to cheer one another and check in on one another's mental health.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They make me feel heard when I have something that needs to be addressed. The leadership is always trying to find ways to help us agents become better customer service specialists with our coaching and meetings. They want us to come to them if we have any issues to address.
