Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the yearly increase should be more than 30 cents, and I also feel that there should be bonus like the other teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is an outstanding leader guide and friend. She has been supportive in every way with the goal of positive daily productivity and a fun environment with keeping professionalism in mind.
