Disgusting. Underpaid, no overtime, unprofessional, does not have employees back when it comes to members who should not be there.

Nothing, unprofessional, cant do THEIR job or even communicate properly.

Do your damn job, to much lazy useless people here and no consequences for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were paid what we should be getting I'd be okay, but its unacceptable to not pay a employee below what they should be making and have no reason as to why, very unprofessional and very fishy.
