They do not care about their employees; even though, they act like they do at first. They will not give anyone a raise over 50 cents, and since they are having to hire competitively right now they start new staff off making more than people who have been there 2+ years. And the turnover rate, YIKES!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay attention to who actually does the work and doesn't just put on a pretty face for management and pay them adequately. Don't treat me as a low grade employee who can be replaced by any warm body in the city. Hold everyone accountable and make sure they are doing a fair amount of work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay attention to your managers in the clubs, and to what is really going on behind the scenes. Treat your front desk associates better. We are the ones that keep your gyms in order and running so your members can come in and make you money. If it weren't for us you couldn't keep your doors open.
