The amount of strenuous work we do for only $14/ hr. Not enough staff to help out, so the job is extremely draining and exhausting
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is no communication and there is no appreciation for staff and their hard work. Management is also not hiring more help when we clearly need it. We need Better management and communication.
