My coworkers are all cool
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Managers did not sound inviting or interested at all, once someone called to see about a job and AM told her "if we were interested we would've contacted you" very bluntly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. We are extremely short staffed but managers dont cover for anyone, are extremely picky while hiring, all of my coworkers want to quit but some are staying so others arent left by themselves. Its truly the worst job ive ever had
