Human compassion, better friendly attitude, less condescending attitudes, better pay, recognition of hard work, night management, and overall higher positive feedback.

Knowing that I didn't best, recognized or not and being uplifted by members that are genuinely happy to see me and appreciate my efforts to make them happy
