Despite the hours and the pay, they are always helping and working to better team build

They need to be able to meet woth their employees rather than just avoid them when they set meetings and never show up
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was paid the amount that was agreed for the position that they gave me. I took on several more duties and they actually decreassed my pay
