Corporate leadership seems to be "hidden" away from contact by its employees and customers. This veiled appearance does not bode well when attempting to resolve issues, some very serious. One of the worst companies ive ever worked for. Policy violations and double standards are rampant.

There isn't anything positive other than a few very kind and considerate members

Listen and care! Be honest! Be willing to be part of the team and participate in tasks, work schedule, responsibilities, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Management does not demonstrate any behavior that they actually care about the members, employees, facilities, etc. When serious issues arise they cannot be reached and never work weekends or nights.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management does not put forth much effort to train, retain or ensure success of team members. Management is negligent in providing a safe environment with quality equipment for staff and members.
