As employees we are all really good friends and create a good environment in and outside of work

Handling situations in a professional manner rather than a manner where outside problems enter the work place. They also need to stop fraternizing with employees outside of work

The work place is heavily influenced by how the manager feels about you what kind of day she is having and outside things that have nothing to do with work
