Was going fine, until payment method was changed. Paycom is literally terrible. My pay was laye today, and is gonna hold me up until tuesday of next week. There was no specific reason as to why my pay was late. And obviously no one is concerned about it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are only four types of employees: customer service representatives, one personal trainer, a shift leader, and (assistant) manager. Personal trainers and customer service representatives are every job in one for only $8.00 an hour -- janitors, representatives, phone reps, etc. It's ridiculous!
