What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
During our monthly meetings our managers always make sure to tell us what we are doing good on! They have also written personal thank you letters to all the employees. Very thoughtful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works well together. We decided our daily task quickly and have no problem working together to keep the gym clean while having a great time. We keep up with each other and the members. I feel like I’ve build a family at planet fitnes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My only issue with this job is the pay. When you take into consideration the amount of money we make planet fitness $11 and hour is not fair. In this economy I can barley pay my bills but I love the environment so I stay. Between tours and memberships we should be making at least $13 an hour.
