What did you like most about the interview process?

The questions were well executed and done professionally by the hiring manager i was hired on by. Witnessing how its been done by others is a bit concerning. I guess i got lucky with my entry timing. Many hiring managers have taken process too lightly and ended up with unfortunate team clash
