I loved my job until the now current DM came in. He only came to the club when our club manager was not in. When I was trying to be promoted and I had both of my interviews he still hesitated moving me up even after another DM was shocked that I hadn’t been put to management

My team and members. I lasted the almost 2 years because of them.

The staff interacts with each other very well. If there are issues they are able to talk them out. They also interact with the members professionally
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting to know their managers and their needs. Actually listening to what is need to make the club better. Not firing people without a legit reason. Making sure your DM’s actually know
