I didn't really get interviewed i was offered the job after the covid shutdown because of my high energy,communication skills, and because of my personality
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their leader is too immature ignores my calls yet calls the gym i was at to have me removed and all the managers should undergo a new retraining
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get rid of my regional she isn't cut out for the job and find a new person capable of getting trained without prior biased knowledge of anything in the company
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to see my regulars and my coworkers and simply bonding with them especially those who are trying to reach a fitness goal i tend to love and admire them so much more simply because i can see their willpower and motivation at work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being allowed to continue working out and working there on the payroll plus im limited to exactly 30 hours which discredits me for health insurance besides i fonsidered my members to be friend and family to me having that taken from me is worse than anything else in my life right now
