I've been with the company for a decade and a half and I'm here for the steady paycheck. I find no joy working for this company, as the favoritism and blatant ignorance across management runs rampant. If you have any work ethic, this isn't your ideal place as it's ran by "box checkers".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no leadership here. No one builds people up anymore. If you challenge the status quo, you're labeled a "non-conformist", a"deflector" or a "resister" (their words, not mine). This is even when you have valid justification in your concerns/feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Demchak has blatantly stated in communications to the company that people will have to post into new roles in order to receive any type of substantial raise. Most yearly raises are averaging 0-2% for those of us in the trenches. There is no incentive to master a role, just to fight for next one.
