What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly, and mean well mostly
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop putting more responsibility on part time employees and improve workstations for all employees not just managment and bankers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a teller I have been given the responsibility of being a secretary as well, bankers get improved offices while I get a computer from 10 years ago, and get yelled at by angry customers on a daily basis.
