Always forced to do more will less. 60hr weeks are common. There have been mass resignations within IT. Employees find they can continue working remote and make x2 salary elsewhere. PNC compensation policies keep you underpaid. Internal promotions are capped forcing you to leave for competitive pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee compensation policies need reviewed. PNC will give 20%+ increase to minimum wage workers to look good in the press and to peers, while the rest of are left to fight for 0-2% annual increases. Made to feel we're taking from teammates if we get a higher increase.
