Everyone is eager to help and get things done the right way, people have high standards and are willing to help you get there.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was 28 minutes. There were questions I answered easily and there was 2 questions I completely blanked and did not answer and I was assured that that was okay and moved on to the next questions. I felt respected and heard by all 3 employees interviewing me.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager is very supporting and encouraging from day 1, so are my teammates. My manager my first week introduced me to people in big meetings as an intelligent, hard-working college graduate and that he is excited for everyone to get a chance to work with me. The first week.
