Pnc has great potention to be a good place to work at however the disorganization is makes it absolutely horrible. I currently work in the care center and iyou can ask 4 different leads the same question and get 4 different answers and we still get dinged for it. Its like you can't do anything right

My coworkers are great. I look forward to ineracting with them because we help each other . Its hreat to have support
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation is ok however it doesnt equate for the stress within the call center. I wish we atleast had incentives again.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Be availabe. Tell upper management to fix the systems so we can work effectively. AHT needs to be reconsidered since our systems are always slow and reaponsibility keeps increasing. Be available.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees need better systems. The VDI is terrible and so is edge knowledge. We cant work fast if everything is slow. Better training. We cant work affectivly if given the wrong information constantly.
