Onboarding when you first start is a joke. There is no training. Currently 9 months in and I'm still training myself. Even if your are an extremely hardworking they will keep piling everything on you even if you aren't trained. Don't expect a good raise or good insurance.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking accountability and communicating with each team member instead of pushing your work off to others.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The first 9 months I started I had to lead my team because no one else was stepping up to the plate. I am currently training 3 people and still training myself. I was not given a Christmas bonus. The insurance doesn't even cover your basic needs. And I was not given a fair raise.
