PNC has a setup that allows team members to easily connect with one another and use each other as a resource when we need help doing our jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I LOVE that PNC want to see me succeed professionally and financially. I have opportunities to take the skills PNC provides me and move up professionally within the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct supervisor is organized and insightful. These two traits are what makes my job easier because she provides tools that she knows I will need in an organized manner.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are several layers of the interview process. I enjoy slowly making my way up to the more daunting interview parts. It begins as a chat with a recruiter to see if the position would be a good fit.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PNC bought out BBVA last year. BBVA employees were paid on average 12 dollars an hour. When they arrived at PNC their wages, and everyone else at PNC, were paid a minimum of $18/hour. PNC also offers HSA accounts and benefits to both full and part time employees.
