I was told that I'm too thorough with my work and I need to slow down to the pace of PNC and after an entire year of putting up with issues I was declined a raise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't talk about anything but issues and never resolve anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm a hard worker and it is noticed by many employees but can only give me a 1.5% as a raise. That is a kick in the head in such an insult.
