My immediate manager is respectful, does not micromanage and looks out for his employees best interest as best he can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mandatory overtime happens entirely too often, deadlines are constantly changed, goals are changed mid year without being communicated properly to the employees and raises are laughably low amounts, if given at all. Upper management is completely out of touch with what the frontline employees do.
