Overall it is not a good move for a career, too many people are trying to move up and there’s not enough positions, and the compensation does not even come close to the workload you have

They are out of touch with the people that make the money.

The employees are the most positive thing because we constantly try and uplift each other as we are all stressed out trying to figure out what the leadership wants
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Stop looking at who is interviewed more times in order to give them that job, and look more at the quality of the person and how they would better fit in that role
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They do not give razors, and when they do it is way below the cost of living increase. They always say the best way to make more money is to advance in your career and take a higher position, however they still did not give you a raise when you move into that higher role
