Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay could be more competitive from what I've heard. Additionally, as someone just starting in their career - it's a bit demoralizing realizing that age is a larger factor in pay than level of experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Extreme emphasis on diversity of thought, as well as employee development. Through D&I initiatives, employee development coaching, and various other resources being made available to employees, PNC has seized every opportunity to give employees the best experience available.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping customers, creating tangible value, and helping my coworkers are some of my favorite parts of work. Especially because of scale, it feels like there are experts available in almost any discipline to lend support in my role - from technology to portfolio management, my coworkers are great.
